📢 Terms & Conditions (Malaysia Orders)
1. For Malaysia orders via Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional RM30 logistics fee applies. The RM30 must be banked into our company bank account before COD delivery is arranged. We will provide you with an RM30 OFF discount code for your next purchase.
2. For Malaysia orders paid via credit card, bank transfer, QR & e-wallet, or ATOME, no shipping fee will be charged.

1. Singapore orders are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, and ATOME.
2. A RM50 shipping fee applies to each order.
3. Kindly note that orders exceeding SGD 400 (the de minimis threshold) may be subject to customs clearance. Any customs duties or fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
4. Due to courier restrictions, liquid products cannot be shipped to Singapore. Therefore, Lactis is not available for purchase by Singapore customers.
